Israel Leather Fashion

Which bag style do you like?

Since I am a beauty/fashion blogger, I go to many fashion and beauty events all over Israel and blog about them. Two weeks ago, I attended a young fashion designer fair in the very beautiful suburb of Ramat Aviv. Many talented designers were showcasing their most promising work. One such person was Maya Litman, owner and designer of the leather bag and accessory line, Ledux.

Ledux was just launched in November and has been very successful since. The leather collection includes an array of hand bags, off the shoulder bags, evening bags, tiny pocket change purses, and key accessories all hand made. Earth tones, black, brown. taupe, yellow, red, and others are colors that you can choose from.

Customers have been raving about Ledux’s most popular leather material; the snakeskin pattern. You can see this style in the picture.

Maya Litman isn’t the only one of her family in the fashion business. Her great grandparents in London were the owners of two famous fashion companies back in the 1920′s; Ledux Fashion for women and Duxley for men. During both World Wars, her great grandparents designed for the British Navy, naval suits and warm coats to keep the naval officers and soldiers warm. In the 1950′s the famous company placed advertisements in Vogue Magazine.

I am looking for a good handbag that I can wear across myself, leaving me hands free.
I am also interested in wondering if you would donate a purse for a worthy cause.
